Taployo – Terms & Conditions

1. About Taployo
Taployo is a digital receipts and analytics platform operated by Taployo
LLC ("Taployo", "we", "us"). Taployo is made available to merchants as a
value-added service through DNA Payments ("DNA Payments").
Taployo is not a payment service provider and does not process
transactions.
2. Scope of Services
Taployo enables DNA Payments merchants to:
- Issue digital receipts via QR code or web link

Customise receipts with branding, ads, surveys, links, return
policies, and promotions

Provide customers with digital receipt access without requiring app
download, email, or phone number
- View receipt history and access aggregated analytics
3. Relationship Between the Parties

DNA Payments is responsible for merchant onboarding, billing, and
commercial relationships.
- Taployo provides the underlying technology and merchant portal.

Merchants contract with DNA Payments for payment services and with
Taployo for digital receipt functionality.
4. Fees
- Pricing is defined and managed through DNA Payments.

Fees are charged on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:

Use Taployo lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations

Ensure receipt content (ads, surveys, links) is accurate and compliant

Not misuse the platform or upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful
content
6. Data and Analytics
Taployo provides aggregated and anonymised insights only. Taployo does
not provide access to identifiable customer-level data and does not sell
personal data.
7. Intellectual Property
All Taployo software, branding, and technology remain the property of
Recepta Inc. Merchants receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the
platform while active through DNA Payments.
8. Service Availability
Taployo aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted
service. Planned maintenance or outages may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Taployo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Total liability is limited to the fees paid for Taployo services in
the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
Taployo may suspend or terminate access if the merchant breaches these
terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
